Richard “Chuck Norris” Guido won the first ever Sick Week Stick Shift Class. Not only that, but he won the Ross Racing Pistons “Most Outrageous Pass” award. Rich’s 1965 GTO is one of, if not the most proven stick shift street car in the country. He drove his car from Alberta, Canada to Florida just to compete at Sick Week. You can plug that into Google Maps. It’s over 3,000 miles…each way! Then he put on another 989 miles during the vent. The best part, Rich doesn’t even own a trailer.

Rich lit up the boards with a best pass of 8.77@164. Not too shabby for a car that weighs in at over 4,000 pounds! If you want to read more about Rich and his GTO, check out the Richard Guido Driver Profile page.
